1 Matthew Belton appeals, pro se, from an order denying his WIS. STAT. § 974.06 (2003-04) motion. He claims: (1) the trial court erred in ruling that Belton was not improperly charged under WIS. STAT. § 939.63; (2) the sentencing court relied on inaccurate information; and (3) his plea colloquy was defective. Because Beltons claims are procedurally barred pursuant to State v. Escalona-Naranjo, 185 Wis. 2d 168, 517 N.W.2d 157 (1994), we affirm.
