Petitioner-appellant, Robert Louis Reponte, (hereinafter appellant) appeals from an order of the circuit court dismissing his petition for a writ of coram nobis to set aside his 1970 burglary conviction upon his guilty plea and affirming his conviction. Appellant contends the trial court erred in the following respects: (1) In holding that appellant voluntarily and intelligently waived his right to the assistance of counsel as guaranteed to him under the United States Constitution and our State Constitution; and (2) in holding that appellant voluntarily and with full understanding of his rights to remain silent, to a jury trial and to confront witnesses against him,*fn1 waived those rights and entered his plea of guilty. We affirm.
